Custom Kitchen Manufacturing and Installation – Step by Step Process

At VU Construction, we approach every kitchen with meticulous attention to detail and a high level of precision. The process includes several key technical stages:

1. Site Survey and Design

• On-site inspection and precise measurement of the space (including niches, pipes, outlets, etc.).

• Development of a 2D and/or 3D design according to the desired layout, style, and functionality.

• Planning the placement of appliances (oven, hob, sink, refrigerator) based on ergonomic kitchen zones.

2. Material Selection

• Choosing the right materials for cabinet bodies (chipboard, MDF, HPL, etc.).

• Selecting door finishes (lacquered, veneered, gloss or matte surfaces).

• Choosing the countertop – laminated, engineered stone, granite, or other.

• Selection of hardware: hinges, drawer runners (with or without soft-close), corner mechanisms, lifters, etc.

3. Production Preparation

• Creating a cutting plan and detailed part list.

• Precise cutting, edge banding, and drilling using CNC technology.

• Quality control of all components before delivery.

4. Delivery and Installation

• Transport and delivery of all modules and components to the site.

• Leveling and installation of the lower cabinets according to the laser level.

• Fitting the countertop and cutting openings for sink and appliances.

• Mounting the upper cabinets using precise anchoring systems.

5. Appliance and Sink Installation

• Built-in installation of oven, cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, extractor hood, and more.

• Connecting the sink and faucet to the plumbing and drainage system.

• Testing all connections for leaks and overall stability.

6. Final Adjustments and Completion

• Adjustment of doors, drawers, and all hardware mechanisms.

• Installation of decorative elements, baseboards, lighting, and kitchen backsplash (as per design).

• Final cleaning and handover of the kitchen in a fully finished state.
